Our Third Stop
Our third stop was Clinton State Park, where we stayed for two days. The park is so large that our bicycles and my electric roller came in very handy for exploring. Cristina and I had a wonderful time riding around, discovering different corners of the park, and getting some really good exercise along the way.
Both evenings we enjoyed a romantic campfire, the perfect way to relax after a day outdoors. Our campsite was quiet and peaceful, set on a bluff with light views of the lake shining through the trees. The air and temperature were ideal, making everything feel just right.
One of the highlights was finding a tree with ripe apples — fresh, crisp, and delicious! It was a simple joy, but one that made the stay even more memorable. More than anything, I am happy and thankful to have Cristina at my side, sharing these experiences together.
